Booking, Deposit, and Fees
Unless specified otherwise, a deposit of £100 per person per tour is required in order to secure your booking. The deposit can be paid via paypal, or by bank transfer or cheque. Upon receipt of your deposit, The Endless Road Limited will confirm your booking by email to the address provided on the initial booking form.
The remaining balance of the tour fee will be due no later than 45 days prior to the date of departure. Where a booking is made within 45 days of the departure date, the full tour fee will be due at the time of booking.
We are happy to accept payments made by way of installments. However, the final payment must be made at least 45 days prior to departure date. Please contact us by email to agree a suitable payment schedule.
Failure to pay the tour fee in accordance with these terms may result in your booking being cancelled.
All prices listed on this website are deemed to be correct. However, certain circumstances, such as Government action, taxes, and currency fluctuations, may cause an increase in cost that is beyond our control. In such instances, The Endless Road Limited will absorb amounts equivalent to a maximum of 2% of the tour cost but reserve the right to pass on any surcharges greater than this and up to 10% of the tour cost, providing they occur more 30 days before departure.
Where it is necessary to limit the number of participants, places on each tour will be on a first come first serve basis and any deposits received after the tour is full will be refunded accordingly.
If you cancel:
All cancellations must be in writing by email or registered post to The Endless Road Limited, 2 Millard Road,London, SE8 3GA and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
More than 45 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit
Within 45 – 29 days of departure: 50% of tour fee
Within 28 – 14 days days of departure: 75% of tour fee
Within 14 days of departure, or less: 100% of tour fee
If we cancel:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour. However, this would only become necessary in exceptional circumstances. In such an event, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative, but where this is not possible or acceptable, we will issue a refund in full.
Transfer of Booking:
In the event of you having to cancel, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for any administration costs and will be responsible for your nominee paying their monies in full. Transfers cannot be made within two weeks of the departure date.
In the event of 'force majeure', refunds or compensation payments cannot be made. ‘Force majeure’ means any event beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, all natural disasters, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods or other “Acts of God”, war or threat of war, sabotage, terrorism, epidemics, theft, insurrection, riots and other civil disturbance, explosions, fire or accident, or other major upheaval, sickness, quarantine, government intervention or the failure of third parties, such as suppliers and subcontractors, to perform their obligations to the contracting party.
Neither party shall have any liability to the other in respect of the termination of this agreement as a result of force majeure, except in relation to liabilities accrued before the occurrence of the force majeure.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any illness, infirmity, allergies, or dietary needs that may affect your touring holiday.
Once the Booking Form has been completed you have agreed the following terms:-
We only accept motorcycles which are legal for use on the road, have a registration number plate, a current UK road fund licence and have insurance cover for travel in Europe, covering machine, rider, and pillion and have a current UK MOT certificate where appropriate.
Each participant is responsible for his or her own motorcycle and the conformity of its use within the local laws.
All participants are responsible for any repairs or service required to their motorcycle(s) during the duration of the tour.
If for any reason the participant decides to leave the tour before the end he or she will not be refunded.
When checking in at Hotels, a passport or credit card per hotel room will be surrendered at the reception during the check in process, which will be returned when any additional extra charges i.e. telephone/mini bar/additional meals/drinks are settled.
The motorcycle rider/pillion must be in possession of:-
A UK full passport is required for all our tours outside UK. Please note that it is the responsibility of the client(s) to be in possession of a valid passport (minimum validity of 6 months after return date).
A valid UK/European driving license for the type/engine size of motorcycle been ridden during the tour.
The motorcycle Registration document used for the tour to confirm ownership and place of residence.
European Roadside Breakdown Assistance and Recovery, for his or her motorcycle which includes repatriation back to UK.
Personal Travel Insurance covering accident, medical, third party liability, recovery and all repatriation expenses.

The Endless Road Limited will make best endeavours to keep to any published routes, itinerary, and events as stated in the pre-tour Information Pack, but reserve the right to make alterations, if it becomes necessary due to matters beyond of our control, such as adverse whether conditions, and road closures. As our tour arrangements are made some months in advance, it is possible that slight itinerary amendments may be necessary. Where such changes are minor, we will endeavour to notify everyone as soon as possible. However, if significant amendments are required, such as changes to the departure date, point of departure, final destination, location/quality of the main accommodation, or a major change to the tour itinerary which reduces the quality of the tour, participants are free to continue with the tour with the revised itinerary or accept the offer of an alternative tour of similar value. Alternatively, bookings may be cancelled in return for a full refund.
The Endless Road Limited cannot not be responsible for any unforeseen delays in your ferry crossings either from the UK or return ferry crossing caused by bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, in the event of a delay you will be responsible for providing your own meals, accommodation or making alternative travel arrangements.
